Which firmware have you load on 2500F?
This decoder never die...generally you have to load a right firmware and it work fine!

You can find a firmware here (http://xoomer.virgilio.it/satel/HK29_App_090313.rs232) with emu included or here (http://www.cobraspa.it/Software/Lince%202500F%2030-lug-08.zip) the original software without emu.

Try it and let we now if it works!

Mirko thanks for respond me ,before all sorry for my bad english i am from Argentina.

The firmware that i load is from starsat sr-b1 ,first decoder refuse to take but i use the loader that have force upgrade option ,i use it and BANG!
no more boot .
Normally i load many softwares and never die ,only not start but in the display show boot ,load correct firmware ad works again.

Now wont show boot and i think wipe the bootloader and the serial port dont work anymore therefore no firmware in normal mode can be loaded.

I build the jtag cable but dont have the dump for the complete flash or bootloader only for load..

thaks you adn wait for some solution!
