Copiate le righe seguenti nel blocco note (Notepad) di Windows:

Successivamente salvate il file sul deskop con il nome "sbloccaregistro.reg" comprese le virgolette e lancialo con il doppio click, poi riavviate il PC e controllate se il registro si apre.
Se rilevate problemi con il file o se il registro non volesse saperne di aprirsi, utilizzate Registry Commander per mettere a 0 (zero) la voce di registro di cui sopra.
